You start with a Strategic Briefing – 60 minutes (€190 excl. VAT). A rigorous strategic exchange to :

Validate the overall coherence of your project
Assess technical, regulatory and strategic feasibility
Defining recognition milestones
Defining your implementation path

At the end of the exchange, you will receive a report including :

Our assessment of project maturity
A reading of regulatory and financial risks
An overview of your school’s location and development opportunities
A proposed action plan, whether or not we follow through

This amount is fully deductible if support begins within 30 days.

You start with a Clarity Audit (€390 excl. VAT). This 360° diagnosis enables you to :

Take stock of your current trajectory
Identify your areas of growth, tension or misalignment
Receive a precise, detailed deliverable within 48 hours, with prioritized recommendations
Make a clear decision about what to do next (accompaniment or not)

This amount is deducted in full if support is subsequently provided.

FAQ – What you really need to know before working with us

Why does your support always begin with an audit or analysis?

Because good support starts with a good decision. We don’t accept “short-sighted” diagnoses. Before making any proposal, we objectively assess your level of maturity, your risks and your priorities. This filter enables us not to sell at any price, but to act with lucidity, structure and impact.

What happens after the feasibility analysis or audit?

You’ll receive a structured report or strategic deliverable within 48 hours, a prioritized roadmap, and a clear recommendation: move forward, adjust, or postpone. If the support is relevant, we propose a personalized mission. If not, you leave with a solid foundation, with no commitment.

Are these amounts reimbursed in the event of a subsequent mission?

Yes, the cost of the audit (€390 excl. VAT) or feasibility analysis (€99 excl. VAT) is fully deducted if we work together afterwards. This system reinforces our mutual commitment and guarantees a well-founded, not emotional, decision.

And if you refuse to come with me?

We accept our refusals. We only support projects that are aligned with a clear educational intention, structurally viable, and strategically relevant. Saying “no” is sometimes the best way to protect your energy, your time, and your credibility.

Why aren’t your services free or subsidized in the first place?

Because our expertise is not a “bonus”, it’s your foundation. We invest our time, our lucidity, and our responsibility in every exchange. A free mission gives you no decision-making power. A paid mission puts you in a position of alignment, clarity and leadership.

I’m just starting out in the sector, is it right for me?

Absolutely – provided you’re open to questioning, ready to structure before releasing, and committed to a useful, sustainable approach. We know how to say “no” to poorly prepared projects. But above all, we know how to say “yes” to leaders in the making.

Do you accept all training sectors?

No. We give priority to projects linked to educational impact, pedagogical innovation, and social or professional usefulness. We exclude purely opportunistic or marketing projects.

Do you support international structures?

Yes, if they want to set up in France or structure their presence there. Our knowledge of the regulatory ecosystem (France Compétences, Qualiopi, OPCO, CPF, NDA, RNCP/RS, etc.) makes us a reference for international educational groups.
