When you start Qualiopi, it’s extremely useful to have support, for a number of reasons:
- To prepare for the audit
- To fully understand the stakes and benefits of certification
- And above all, to set up processes that are adapted to your center and that you can maintain over time.
That said, there are several types of service available to help you: Qualiopi support and the white audit in particular.
In this article, I’ve chosen to explain the two types of benefits and when they really make sense.

Qualiopi support
If you’re a newcomer to the world of professional training, not yet at ease with Qualiopi, or feel lost in the midst of all the indicators, then it’s probably a good idea to opt for some real support. At Diligence Consulting, we support you from A to Z. We’ll explain Qualiopi’s expectations and the indicators that concern you, and we’ll give you advice on how to meet them, but in a way that’s adapted to your center. The aim is not to simply meet criteria, but to set up processes that will really help you in the short, medium and long term. Once your processes and various documents have been created, we look at them together to see what can still be improved, until everything is perfect! Qualiopi’s support is therefore a fairly lengthy service, but also a very comprehensive one, tailored to people who really need help with the whole process.
The white audit
If you’re preparing for a renewal or surveillance audit, and/or you’re already sufficiently familiar with the Qualiopi standard and its application, then it’s a good idea to opt for a mock audit. As the name suggests, this involves preparing all your documents and processes yourself, and then having them audited, in order to obtain valuable information on your center’s compliance, and above all on how to improve any remaining problem areas. The mock audit is generally not suitable if you are not familiar with Qualiopi, as there is no support provided after the audit and the detailed report to modify what is necessary.
The choice you make depends on how far along you are in your project, your level of competence with the standards and their application (because, once again, the key is not to apply them to the letter, but to create processes that are adapted to your specific needs, so that they are useful and sustainable).
Despite these details, it’s not always easy to know where you stand between these two services. Don’t hesitate to contact our team to discuss your situation and requirements. Together, we’ll define the type of service that suits you best!
