Royer Robin Associés is a consulting and training organization founded in 1995 and specializing in business consulting. In particular, it has developed QSE (Quality, Safety and Environment) training courses.
The main challenge faced by Royer Robin Associés was to obtain RNCP renewal, which had been refused by France Compétences.

1 – Challenges
In order to check whether the project had a chance of succeeding and finally being registered, we analyzed the rejected files and the reasons for the rejections. We identified several problems:
- A poorly structured repository, with unclear blocks
- Non-objective assessment methods
- Lack of disability management in certification
After also analyzing the market and the relevance of the certification for professionals, we informed Royer Robin Associés of our favorable opinion for an RNCP renewal application, and so began the support process.
2 – Action plan
For this project, we had to review the reference framework and its structuring into blocks, as well as the assessment methods, the certification regulations and the consideration given to disability.
We therefore proposed the following schedule:
- Modification of other elements, in particular the registration application document and the opportunity note, to ensure overall consistency
- Restructuring and rewriting of certification standards
- Overhaul of assessment procedures
- Rewriting and revision of certification regulations
- Handicap management across the board
3 – Implementation and adjustments
We have faced a number of challenges in this area, particularly France Compétences’ changing requirements in terms of file construction.
Indeed, when we submitted the application, we were unpleasantly surprised to see it refused.
France Compétences had in the meantime launched the correspondence project, which was therefore missing from our initial request. What’s more, we also needed to repeat the insertion analysis, as the requirements had also been adjusted.
We re-submitted the file several months later, once these issues had been resolved, as well as some administrative problems due to a change of SIRET, which was blocking access to the platform. And this time, the good news is that registration has been completed!
4 – Results
Finally, in November 2024, the France Compétences commission decided to register the certification with the RNCP for a period of 3 years. The RNCP renewal was finally official!
