Questions about our support for RNCP / RS registration

What exactly does support consist of?

After having established together the terms of the support, in relation to your project, its specificities and its progress before our collaboration, we open up rights for you on our collaboration platform. We prepare a retrospective schedule together, and we move forward on the various deliverables in collaboration. The idea is that you know your certification path, and we know the expectations of France Compétences and “how to talk to them”.

How involved will my team be?

We need you! We meet regularly by video to take stock, and you will mainly be in charge of collecting testimonials and integration surveys (on our advice and best practices, of course, we won't abandon you!). You also give us links for the opportunity note, and we work closely together to create the certification framework, because it is impossible for us to do it without you! Basically, your job is to give us the material, and we work on it!

I don't really know if my project should be in the RS or the RNCP...

How soon can we start the support?

Is there any support if the application is refused?

Of course! Our goal is to have your file registered. For this reason, we will always be honest with you, and we will tell you immediately if your project presents real difficulties or challenges. If France Compétences ever refuses the request, we will attend the meeting with the instructor with you to understand the reasons, and we will rework the file at no additional cost.
