Vocational training is a huge topic when you think about it, isn’t it?
When I think of vocational training, on the one hand I say to myself, wow, this is an extremely interesting field, which makes sense, which is useful, which helps the individuals who benefit from it to develop themselves and their skills. But on the other hand, it also helps the community as a whole, accompanying society as it evolves, promoting emerging professions and ensuring that supply and demand in terms of employment are aligned.
And then, on the other hand, I say to myself, pff, in fact, professional training seems far too complicated to understand and follow. It’s normal, you might say, given what’s at stake with professional training, we can’t just let it happen any old time. To be put to good use, vocational training needs a framework and regulations at all levels. That’s why the management of vocational training is attached to a national institution, France Compétences, itself attached to the Ministry. And it’s also why vocational training is subject to numerous laws and regulations, which can be found in several codes such as the Labor Code and even the Consumer Code.
DC’s mission: to make professional training accessible to everyone!
So, let’s face it, when you take a look behind the scenes, it can be a daunting prospect for many people (myself included!) who want to become involved in professional training. And if you’re already part of the professional training family and want to go further, to master the nuts and bolts of your sector, you may come up against an obstacle: the “jargon” of professional training.
At Diligence Consulting, we’re committed to making professional training accessible to all. Many consulting firms exist on the market to help you pass your Qualiopi audit and/or obtain your RS/RNCP certification. Our team does that too. But the real strength, the added value of Diligence, initiated by founder Sandrine Ouilibona, is to help you understand the procedures and key words, and to make the complex simple.
So that, following our support, you’ll be comfortable and autonomous in developing your training business.
So that working in vocational training is, and always will be, a pleasure.
Vocational training primer available in our newsletter
With this in mind, in February we decided to create a primer on vocational training. We’re building it up with you as we go along, in our monthly newsletter. You’ll find key words and acronyms that you hear and use every day, such as CPF and alternance, but also less common words like VAP and blended learning.
Whether you want to discover and/or rediscover the main keywords in vocational training, we invite you to join our free newsletter.
