Founder and CEO of Diligence Consulting, Sandrine created the structure in 2019 to support skills development professionals in creating, optimizing training organizations, as well as registering certifications with France Compétences or carrying out quality audits.
Having been in the training business for 15 years, Sandrine knows all there is to know about professional training, and does her utmost to meet her customers’ needs with kindness, humanity and expertise.
With a background in language training and running her own micro-enterprise in FLE and English training, Lucile joined Diligence Consulting in 2021. As Project Manager Consultant, she supports organizations in their projects to become a certification body by registering a certification with France Compétences (RS/RNCP), or to obtain and maintain Qualiopi. She also manages the blog and newsletter in collaboration with Vanessa.
Vanessa joined the team in May 2023. With over ten years’ experience in the training sector, and as an English language coach, Vanessa manages Diligence’s communications through the blog and newsletter, as well as developing new ideas to help training organizations.
