publish a training offer on EDOF

Your training program is eligible for the CPF, and you now need to publish a training offer on EDOF, the dedicated platform. Here are the steps you need to follow to use EDOF correctly and comply with the codes and terms and conditions of sale.

Complying with legal obligations relating to the CPF

To continue to qualify for financing, you must be up to date with your legal and regulatory obligations, be Qualiopi certified, reference an eligible offer and be accredited by the certifier.

We also recommend :

  • register your certification on Data Dock, so that your offer can be referenced by funding bodies such as Caisse des Dépôts. All you have to do is create an account, enter your organization details and register your Qualiopi certificate.
  • make its offer visible to funding bodies (Pôle emploi, OPCO, Régions) and recommenders such as CEP. To do this, you can register your organization and its offer on the Dokelio regional database of vocational training in the Paris region, or on the regional Carif-Oref network.

You are also responsible for ensuring compliance with the guide in the event of subcontracting, and you must be able to provide all information relating to the training program in the event of an inspection.

Activate the EDOF process

Before you can access the professional area, you need to activate your “EDOF procedure” via the dedicated portal. You will need an activation code that will have been sent to your head office. This code is changed if your SIREN or Activity Declaration number changes, or if the e-mail address entered in the portal changes.

Enter your catalog

When you enter your data, you must contribute to the neutrality of the platform and respect the conditions of fair competition between training organizations.

Your offer must be written in French, even if the training is given in a foreign language. You can use hyperlinks to refer to another training course that is complementary and referenced on Mon Compte Formation, or to the page of your website that deals with this course.

Particular attention must be paid to ensuring that your training course is linked to the correct certification. If you do not enter the correct RNCP or RS code, your offer will be deactivated.

You may use the “Mon Compte Formation” brand and logo, but only to promote CPF-registered training courses, and without making any modifications.

Finally, you must respect the three-working-day deadline for declaring the trainee’s entry into and exit from training, and check the amount entered in the invoice data in EDOF.

Once your offer has been entered, EDOF will generate a link to be included on your website to take you directly to the offer. This will make it easy for beneficiaries to find your offer on EDOF.

How do I enter a training offer?

Which style to use

Try to be as clear as possible, and don’t write everything down. The aim is to give the essential information so that the future trainee can choose between several training courses.

If possible, try to use affirmative and active sentences, in the spirit of the Qualiopi programs, and check the consistency of all the information given.

What do the different input fields correspond to?

For each input field, you can find examples in the guide.

1. Course title

The shorter and more concise it is, the higher it will rank in the search engine. So it’s in your best interest to think about keywords. Do not include the name of your organization or the number of hours.

2. Methods, objectives and content

The “terms and conditions” field should provide information on prerequisites and admission procedures in as much detail as possible. In order to communicate the right information, it is best to be exhaustive in this field.

For objectives, give preference to action verbs and operational objectives, i.e. those that are measurable and realistic.

Finally, use short sentences to talk about your content so that it’s clear. You can also explain the course and its stages.

3. Training highlights

This is where you can add value and stand out from the crowd! Although you must remain objective and factual in order to comply with legal obligations, you can indicate a success rate, a satisfaction rate, a quality label or standard, or innovative methods or procedures… Think about what makes your training unique!

It’s not a good idea to simply describe the course, even if you don’t know what to write. After all, future trainees know the description because they’ve already read your content! Instead, try to emphasize the advantages of the course or the qualities of your trainers.

4. Other fields

In addition to these main fields, you’ll also need to select the proposed certification from a list, specify the course type from a drop-down menu, and indicate the training location and price including VAT. You will also need to provide contact details.

Your offer can be modified if necessary. Changes will be visible in the search engine results after 24 hours.

5. Certification

As your action must lead to certification, you need to be vigilant on a number of points: the content and objectives must be in line with the targeted certification, you need to check that the certification is active, and report any problems with the indexing of your certification to the certifier.

What to do when a trainee registers?

When a trainee makes a registration request via their My Training Account space, you receive a notification. You then have two working days to respond. If your training action requires prerequisites, you must acknowledge receipt of the request within two days, then you have a further thirty days to contact the trainee and validate the prerequisites.

It is essential to respect this two-working-day deadline, otherwise you will no longer be able to accept the request.

Once the application has been accepted, the trainee has four working days to finalize registration and pay. After that, you can start training. Don’t forget to check in with us within three days. At the end of the course, the trainee must pass the certification exam, and you must indicate the end of the course.

You will only receive payment once the course has been completed and the billing details have been submitted (this includes the invoice number).

And from the trainee’s point of view?

The easiest way for trainees to register is to use the link generated by EDOF and available on your website.

They need to be able to find all the information they need about your offer, and in particular about access for people with disabilities. So you need to make sure they’re available.

Once certification has been obtained, trainees can evaluate their performance. The CPF account takes into account trainee evaluations based on the following criteria: Welcome, training content, training team, availability and support. The trainee assigns a mark for each criterion, then an average is established.

The scores are then published on My Training Account anonymously and without comment. Only the score for each criterion is visible.

This feedback is not only important because it is visible on the platform and can therefore be taken into account by potential future trainees, but also because it enables you to improve your services. It is therefore a quality indicator that can and must be taken into account as part of continuous improvement.
