The French Gate

An Institutional Readiness Threshold

Before any institutional entry into France, a prior reading is required.

The French Gate is an institutional test designed to assess whether an educational project can be read, defended, and sustained within the French regulatory and academic ecosystem.

It applies to training organisations and international educational institutions considering institutional exposure in France.

Each question addresses a critical axis of institutional coherence:

governance, structural alignment, regulatory responsibility, strategic sequencing, partnerships, and commitment.

This is not an evaluation for optimisation.

It is a reading to determine whether entry should occur, be postponed, or not be pursued at this stage.
