At Diligence Consulting, we’ve chosen to mobilize around women’s rights during the month of March.
We feel it’s extremely important to communicate and raise awareness on this subject, for a number of reasons.
Diligence Consulting, a 100% female team
First of all, Diligence Consulting is a 100% female team. And it’s no coincidence that Sandrine OUILIBONA, our founder and CEO, has surrounded herself with Lucile TRIHAN and Vanessa VASSEUR to develop her local firm. A real strength of character unites us. I think we can say that. We are three brave, fighting women. Sandrine has come a long way to get where she is today. Over the years, she has carved out a place for herself in the world of professional training, thanks not only to her skills but also to her convictions. Skills development is at the very heart of her actions, both externally with the customers we support, and internally with her staff and partners.
Women dominate the vocational training sector
We have not found any recent figures on this subject. The APEC barometer carried out in 2014 concerning the Human Resources sector states that this sector is at least 63% female. Quite honestly, I don’t think this figure has changed much since then. At Diligence Consulting, we see this every day. The majority of people who work and work for professional training are women. Not that we approve or reject this position, it’s a fact. It’s also one of the reasons why we feel it’s important to talk about International Women’s Rights Day. That said, male vocational training professionals who would like to contact us and be accompanied by Diligence Consulting are of course welcome to do so!
Gender equality, a real challenge for France Compétences
France Compétences deploys a social policy that promotes equal treatment of men and women in the workplace. This policy implies the respect of several principles, in terms of recruitment, remuneration and training. France Compétences is also committed to preventing harassment, whether moral or sexual.
As you no doubt know, one of our areas of expertise is assisting you with your RS or RNCP certification project. We work with you to ensure that your training organization implements and complies with all the quality criteria required by France Compétences. We are therefore particularly sensitive to France Compétences’ ambitions in the field of QWL.
In order to measure pay equality between women and men, a professional equality index has been mandatory for all companies with more than 50 employees since the September 5, 2018 law for the freedom to choose one’s professional future. In its missions for 2024, France Compétences is particularly keen to balance access to vocational training between women and men.

So, for all these reasons, when it comes to honoring women’s rights and their journey, the one that has been made and the one that remains to be made, we’re there!
