The block begins at h2.
⚠ VERIFY THE RENDERED DOM BEFORE PUBLISHING. An SEO plugin
usually manages the SEO title and the metadata; it does not
necessarily output a visible H1 in the page. Confirm that the
published page contains exactly one real H1, ideally
"Institutional Mandates in Europe after Arché". If none is
produced, promote the hero title of this block to h1 and
demote nothing else.
------------------------------------------------------------
WHAT CHANGES FROM THE v1, AND WHY
------------------------------------------------------------
1 THE DIAGRAM. New. The page describes a branching decision
structure: one determination, three verdicts, and each
verdict opens or closes something different. That is the
case where a drawing beats prose, because the relation
between elements carries as much information as the
elements themselves. The verdict table said what each
verdict opens; it did not show that Architecture precedes
Execution, nor that Governance sits beyond both.
Built to the charte: fine strokes, two colours only, black
for structure and mineral red reserved for the threshold
and the closure. No icons, no gradients, no animation.
Inline SVG, no dependency, vertical so it holds on mobile
without a second layout.
2 RAW PAGE IDs REPLACED. The v1 carried nine links of the form
/?page_id=13449. On a page selling institutional
architecture, exposing database numbers is a contradiction
of form before it is a technical defect. Eight slugs are
confirmed against Search Console; one remains to verify,
flagged below.
3 JSON-LD REBUILT. The v1 declared an empty node
#arche-service with no properties at all, and referenced it.
The canonical identifier for Arché on the site is #arche.
Two identities for one service, one of them a ghost.
The v1 also referenced #organization without defining it,
and left the FAQPage floating with no WebPage or
BreadcrumbList to carry it. All corrected.
4 HEADING HIERARCHY INVERTED. The two Mandates sat in h3,
under context sections in h2. They are the objects of the
page. Both are now h2. No visual change: the styling is
carried by the classes, not the tags.
5 THE GHOST "III" REMOVED from the hero. On a page covering
Mandates I, II and III, a giant decorative "III" let a
reader believe the page was about the third. The charte
proscribes visual overload; one ghost on the page is enough,
and the final block already carries it.
6 "Arché is purchased. Mandates are authorised." PROMOTED.
It was the strongest line on the page, set in 12.5px italic
light grey as a hero footnote. It now sits in the body.
7 TWO CONSECUTIVE SUBTITLES merged into one.
------------------------------------------------------------
v2.1 · SECOND READING
A THE FOURTH PATH REMOVED. Mandate I was triggered by "a NOT
YET, or a conditional GO requiring architectural
consolidation". That silently contradicted both the diagram
and the doctrine: if a GO can require Architecture, then GO
no longer means the architecture holds. GO now means it
holds, NOT YET that it must still be built, NO GO that it
cannot be defended under present conditions.
B TWO DECISIONS, NOT ONE. The page read as though Arché
distributed automatically toward a Mandate, which turns a
selection principle into a sophisticated funnel. The
determination now ESTABLISHES what the trajectory requires;
the House then decides whether it AUTHORISES the
corresponding Mandate. A dashed authorisation line was added
to the diagram, and "A determination that opens no Mandate
has still done its work" states it in the body.
C THE THIRTY-DAY CREDIT REMOVED from the hero. It recreated
the commercial mechanic the rest of the page transcends: a
deadline, a financial incentive to proceed, and Arché read
as a deposit on the next product. If the economic rule
exists, it belongs in the proposal issued after examination,
not in the doctrine and not in public.
D "Arché is purchased" → "Arché determines." The only word on
the page that lowered the register: it made a transaction of
an institutional determination.
E FRANCE IS NO LONGER THE UNIVERSAL BEGINNING. An institution
may have to begin its architecture in Italy or Spain. The
trajectory is now determined within its first jurisdiction.
F NOT YET LOCKED. "It rarely is" left room for a NOT YET to
be a refusal. Since NO GO exists, it never is. And the cost
argument was removed from the FAQ: unprovable, and
commercial.
G ABSOLUTES. "Public commitments close doors" became "reduce
reversibility", which is also better conceptually since
reversibility already belongs to the lexicon. "Almost never
a single event" became "often emerge through".
H FRENCH INSTRUMENTS REMOVED from a European page. RNCP,
Qualiopi and rectoral timelines belong on the France pages.
I LEVEL NAMES ANGLICISED. Six French names on an English page
read as a system still under construction.
J "A Mandate is not priced" was literally false: a Mandate has
a price. What does not exist is a standard price independent
of the situation.
K "Jurisprudence" carries a far more specific legal meaning in
English than in French. Replaced by "institutional pattern".
"Documented trajectory" became "Anonymised trajectory" until
the case is documented in the files.
L THE VERDICT TABLE DELETED. The diagram does the work better,
and the page repeated the three verdicts four times. The
misunderstanding block is kept: it answers a different,
psychological objection.
M CTAs REDUCED FROM SIX TO THREE. Hero, one mid-point, final.
The FAQ link and the red pill in the House navigation are
removed. On a page asserting selection, repeating the button
makes it read as a conversion landing page.
------------------------------------------------------------
v2.2 · THIRD READING · purging the last automatic logic
N EXECUTION. "Deploys what Architecture has transformed"
contradicted the diagram, where a GO reaches Execution
without passing through Architecture. Execution now deploys
"only what has already been determined as defensible".
O THE MID-PAGE CTA said the determination was "the only act
that precedes" the Mandate. Two acts now precede it: the
determination, and the authorisation.
P THE FAQ said a NOT YET "authorises" Mandate I. A verdict
authorises nothing. It establishes. The House authorises.
Both Trigger fields now name the authorisation explicitly,
and "closed Architecture Mandate" became "completed".
Q THE CASE. "Anonymised trajectory" asserted that a real,
de-identified case exists. Until one is documented in the
files, "Representative institutional pattern" is what the
page can hold, and it matches the closing note.
R INTERNAL CONTRADICTION IN THE CASE. "Only the order changed"
contradicted the three reassignments described just above.
S "NOT YET did not delay the project" was indefensible: an
architectural phase can lengthen a schedule. The doctrine is
not that it costs no time, but that time spent preserving
the trajectory is not an execution error.
T "Arché reads the structure; the Mandate builds it" no longer
held once Mandate II exists. A Mandate transforms or deploys.
U "No further European exposure" suggested a Diligence NO GO
barred all European entry. Bounded to the trajectory.
V FRANCE separated from the doctrine. The first jurisdiction
may be elsewhere; the internal linking sits in its own
sentence.
W "Irreversible act" aligned on the reversibility vocabulary.
X THE MONOPOLY CLAIM REMOVED. An institution can hold a
defensible architecture without ever meeting the House.
Y THE CONSULTING COMPARISON now bears on the object, not the
result.
Z MOBILE DIAGRAM. The desktop drawing held geometrically at
320px but not typographically: a 9.5-unit label rendered at
about 5px. A dedicated mobile diagram is served below 600px,
viewBox 340 wide so text renders near 1:1. Shorter notes,
same doctrine.
⚠ To be checked on a real device at 320, 375 and 390.
------------------------------------------------------------
v2.3 · THE NO GO DOCTRINE REFINED
A NO GO does not mean that no architecture is possible. It means
the trajectory as currently conceived cannot be defended. The
difference with a NOT YET is one of DEPTH, not of severity.
GO the trajectory holds; Governed Execution may be
considered.
NOT YET the trajectory can hold, but its architecture must be
built; Institutional Architecture may be authorised.
NO GO the trajectory cannot be defended in its current
configuration; any continuation presupposes
substantial reconfiguration, then a NEW determination.
That last clause is what protects the distinction. A NO GO may
therefore lead to architecture, but never to Architecture as the
simple continuation of the initial trajectory: it leads to a
rebuild deep enough that a new Arché becomes necessary.
Consequences carried through this version:
· Both diagrams now read "current trajectory closed", not
"trajectory closed".
· A three-line doctrine block sits under the diagram. It is
not the deleted verdict table: that one said what each
verdict OPENS, this one says what each verdict ESTABLISHES.
· The full reconfiguration sentence lives in that block rather
than inside the drawing: a sixty-character line at 10 units
would reproduce the mobile legibility defect just fixed.
· The misunderstanding block and the FAQ now state that the
distinction is one of depth, not of severity.
· Mandate I keeps a single Trigger, the NOT YET. A NO GO is
never presented as an automatic route to Architecture: the
House must first decide whether it accepts to work on a
complete reconfiguration.
It protects capital and credibility while timelines do their work.

Principle of access

Why no institutional mandate precedes Arché

A Mandate is never the entry point. It is the governed continuation of a determination. Arché determines the perimeter. A Mandate transforms or deploys within it.

Arché determines whether the proposed trajectory requires architectural reconfiguration, governed deployment, or cannot be defended in its current configuration. The trajectory is determined within its first jurisdiction and governed across the European perimeter that follows.

The House maintains dedicated readings for institutional entry into France and for wider European trajectories.

Two decisions, not one. The determination establishes what the trajectory requires. The House then decides whether it authorises the corresponding Mandate. A determination that opens no Mandate has still done its work.

The first step is therefore clear: request the written determination before the next public or structural commitment reduces reversibility.

A common misunderstanding

The most frequent reading of a NOT YET is the wrong one.

A NOT YET does not close the trajectory.
It frequently opens its architectural phase.

Institutions often read a NOT YET as a refusal. It is not. It identifies what must still be structured before the trajectory can be defended.

The objective of a determination is not to reject. It is to determine the conditions under which entry remains governable.

The distinction with a NO GO is one of depth. A NOT YET means the trajectory can hold and must be structured before exposure. A NO GO means the trajectory itself does not hold as configured: continuing presupposes a reconfiguration substantial enough that a new determination becomes necessary.

A determination does not measure readiness.
