What happens after the determination
A determination opens a trajectory. Governance enters under Mandate.
A GO confirms that entry can be made defensible. Governance can now choose a protected sequence. When appropriate, the House may propose a formal Institutional Architecture Mandate to govern sequencing, coherence, exposure, and recognition pathways across France, Spain, Italy, or multiple jurisdictions simultaneously.
A NOT YET does not close the trajectory. It identifies the architecture that must be built before exposure. The Transformative Mandate is the path most frequently authorised after a NOT YET determination.
A NO GO preserves capital, reputation, and time. It is not a refusal of the institution. It is the protection of governance from an irreversible commitment.
