3/ SPECIFIC APPROACH AND RESPONSE TO CHALLENGES
The support provided by Royer Robin Associés has met with many challenges, particularly the changing requirements of France Compétences in the construction of files.
In fact, when we submitted our application after having restructured the skill blocks so that they could be used independently and assessed objectively, while at the same time fleshing out the certification regulations and coating the handicap management processes, we were unpleasantly surprised to see our application rejected.
This was due to a problem with the form of the reference manual, which showed the assessment methods for the sandwich course and the work placement. In fact, these two elements are not assessment methods in the reference manual, but complementary methods, and must therefore be presented separately to ensure legibility.
But beyond this minor problem, which was easy enough to solve, France Compétences had meanwhile launched the correspondence project, which was therefore missing from our first application. To be able to re-submit our application, we had to complete the entire process, for all comparable RNCP certifications at the same or different levels, as well as for comparable RS certifications. This was quite a colossal task, as there are many certifications with comparable blocks/skills, which explains why we needed time before re-filing. What’s more, we also needed to repeat the insertion analysis, as the requirements had also been adjusted.
We re-submitted the file several months later, once these issues had been resolved, as well as some administrative problems due to a change of SIRET, which was blocking access to the platform. And this time, the good news is that registration has been completed!
