Diligence Consulting only contracts with professionals within the meaning of Article L.121-1 of the French Consumer Code. No service is offered to consumers or private individuals.

General Terms and Conditions

The contractual conditions applicable to services are defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, in compliance with Articles L.441-1 et seq. of the French Commercial Code.

4. Intellectual property
