Key Documents, Vocabulary, Readings, Terms

This page consolidates Diligence Consulting’s institutional documents, terms and conditions, regulatory references, foundational readings, and doctrinal vocabulary. It exists to support institutional readability before exposure and contractual clarity before commitment.

Terms And Conditions

Contractual terms applicable to Diligence Consulting’s services.

If a document is referenced in a proposal or mandate, that version prevails for the scope concerned.

Regulatory References

Primary sources that structure institutional accountability, certification, and public-facing compliance.

These references frame compliance. They do not replace an institutional determination.

Foundational Readings

Three foundational readings on knowledge, transmission, and stability. The intellectual framework that precedes institutional entry.

These readings precede the decision to enter. They are not a method. They are a discipline of attention.

Doctrinal Vocabulary

Key terms from the Lexicon of the House. Each term names a condition that precedes institutional entry.

  • Institutional reading The implicit, continuous analysis through which authorities, funders and partners receive an institution before any formal decision.
  • Institutional determination A written verdict on whether a structure can be governed within a sovereign system before exposure. GO, NOT YET, or NO GO.
  • Assignability The property by which institutional responsibility can be attached to a named, qualified individual capable of answering to the authorities.
  • Defensibility under signature The property by which an institutional act can be held under examination, in the form it was committed.
  • Institutional opposability The property by which a commitment, an act or a declaration can be legally and structurally opposed to the institution that made it.
  • Sustainable trajectory An institutional path that can be held, over time, without contradiction between announcement and delivery.

Institutional Pages

Pages that structure how an institutional entry can be governed before it is exposed.

A reading precedes the decision. Arché is the threshold through which the decision can be assumed.

Data Protection

Data submitted to Diligence Consulting is handled under applicable data protection law. It is not used for commercial purposes outside the scope of the engagement to which it relates.

For institutional dossiers, confidentiality terms are specified in the applicable mandate.

Contact

For a document question or an institutional matter, contact the House directly.

If a project must be read before it is exposed, the reading begins under the Arch.

Readability before exposure. Cross-border entry is not driven by momentum. It is held at the threshold before exposure makes reversal costly.
